- Q: Is there another way to order videos without using a credit card online? Is it possible to send a check?
- A: If you would prefer to place a phone order, please call our customer service department at (949) 502-6130, available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. At this time all orders must be placed using a credit card, whether online or by phone.
- Q: I have not received my order, and it's been a while. Is there an estimated time of arrival?
- A: Thank you for your purchase! While we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. If it has been longer than 8 weeks, please call our customer service department at (949) 502-6130.
- Q: How do I cancel an order?
- A: To cancel an order, please send an email with your order number and other pertinent information to customerservice@timconway.com and a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order cancellation. If your order has already shipped, a Return Authorization will need to be set-up by the Customer Service department for you to ship the item the item back for a refund.
- Q: I keep getting a message saying "address does not match credit card." What do I do?
- A: Contact your bank to verify that they can ship to an address other than your billing address, and then have your bank add the desired address to your cache of permissible addresses.
- Q: I cannot get past the address section but I have filled-in all of the fields. What should I do?
- A: Please email our customer service department at customerservice@timconway.com with as many details about the event as possible and we will get back to you.

- A: We ship to the continental U.S. and Canada.

- A: There are many, many Tim Conway DVDs out there, but TimConway.com is the only place you will find new and remastered Tim Conway DVDs.

- Q: How do I exchange a defective DVD?
- A: To exchange a defective DVD, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number.
- Q: How long is the running time for the DVD?
- A: "Tim and Harvey Together Again with Special Guest Louise DuArt" has a running time of 95 minutes, and the remastered "Dorf on Golf" has a running time of 60 minutes including never before seen Special Features.
- Q: Are the DVD's region coded?
- A: The DVDs are region coded for our markets, USA and Canada.
- Q: Is this available in closed caption for the hearing impaired?
- A: We apologize for any inconvenience, but the DVDs are currently available in closed caption.
- Q: Are your DVDs compatible with players formatted for the UK?
- A: Yes. Our DVDs are compatible with players formatted for the UK.
