RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
- Your return shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped.
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same item only. No refunds.
- All of the Original Packaging, Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. must be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes, and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

How to Return an Item:
- Carefully pack your return item(s) in a box large enough to accommodate all the items.
- Include your original invoice in the box and seal it tightly.
